How to order
Six steps, from choosing a tea to receiving it. No online payment — the house confirms each order.
Choose a tea
Open the Collection, filter by tea type and open a product to see its lot record, brewing and price.
Add to cart
Choose the pack and quantity, then “Add to cart”. To be quick, use “Buy now” or “Order via Zalo”.
Check the cart
Open the cart (top right) to change quantities or remove items.
Place the order
Enter your name, email, phone and delivery address. Placing the order takes no payment.
We confirm
Within 24 hours, Shan Mộc confirms the order, the delivery fee and payment (bank transfer or COD).
Receive your tea
Delivered nationwide in 2–5 working days. If you chose COD, please check the parcel before paying.
