No. Placing an order does not take payment online. Shan Mộc confirms by email or phone with payment options: bank transfer or cash on delivery (COD).

The house confirms within 24 hours (office opens at 8:00). If it is urgent, message on Zalo or call.

Nationwide, usually 2–5 working days; remote districts may take longer. From 500,000 ₫, domestic freight may be waived when conditions allow. The exact fee is given on confirmation.

House faults — broken pack, mould, wrong lot — are exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Keep the seal and send a photo. Opened or brewed tea, or a change of mind, is not taken back.

Shan Tuyết is the Vietnamese name for old tea trees in the northern highlands — buds covered in snow-white down. One tree can become white, green, yellow or black tea, depending on the pluck and the work.

Somewhere dry and airy, away from sun and strong smells; reseal after opening. Each product page notes storage for that lot.

Each product page lists a suggested temperature, leaf amount and time. Old-tree leaf usually takes many infusions — adjust to your pot and water. See also “Brewing Shan” in the Journal.

Shan Mộc is building a food-safety management system to ISO 22000:2018 (not yet certified). Garden files, pick dates and lot codes are internal records, not independent lab certificates.
