Vietnamese tea, in the manner of the mountain
Vietnamese tea has a table, water, and people — that is enough. Shan Mộc drinks in the manner of its own mountain.

Vietnam has drunk tea for a long time, in many ways: bags in the city, coarse tea with company, Shan in the mountains, Thái Nguyên buds. Those ways do not need a borrowed “way of tea” to be worth something.
Shan Mộc chooses a wooden table, an unadorned cup, clean water. Few words. Let mountain tea be mountain tea. If there is a ritual, it is picking well and brewing well.
